Conghua HOLiKE automatic warehouse
As the earliest enterprise to engage in intelligent warehousing in the custom home industry, HERO Company has nearly 30 application cases in the home industry. This is a typical demonstration project of HERO Company in the industry. HOLiKE is a listed company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, specializing in the field of whole house customization, and comprehensively laying out a multi category full house series of products, including "whole house customization, cabinets, wooden doors, protective walls, home accessories, and electrical department stores". Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, the company has teamed up with HERO Intelligence to build an automated intelligent warehousing system at the Conghua base, aiming to achieve intelligent warehousing and logistics, improve warehousing and operational efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
Project features
① More than 1000 various types of equipment cover various links, improving operational efficiency and saving labor costs;
② Using 21 meter high high-rise racks and 21 meter high stacker cranes to inbound and outbound the warehouse, saving space and improving storage density;
③ Reasonable combination of high and low cargo spaces, flexible implementation of complete set requirements;
④ The AGV system achieves a reasonable layout of workshop logistics and seamless integration with the warehouse;
⑤ 16 telescopic belt conveyors combined with electronic signage to improve loading efficiency;
